I wanted to write and thank you for your compassion and professionalism after the passing of my Mum, Margaret Yates.
The funeral seemed to take forever to come (our choice) and it was lovely that you were patient at this time.
You were also very kind to Maureen which meant a great deal. Everything that you helped us with was perfect, except the weather and that’s beyond your control! I now know why all the men at funeral director’s are big and strong, I’m so relieved they were there to hold up my Dad!
Dad is doing okay but is a bit lost without my Mum.
