I don’t normally bother to write Google reviews, so this is unusual for me. My mum passed away in December, at her home in Knutsford, Cheshire. I live in Melbourne, Australia. I called Russel Britland from Melbourne, and from that first call, to the end of the funeral service, my mum couldn’t have been in better hands. As a former Professor of Marketing, I am acutely aware of the importance of customer service. In my honest opinion, the team at Whiston and Britland are simply outstanding. Nothing is a problem for them. They treat everyone with dignity and respect. If you are looking for the very best to look after your loved ones when they pass away I strongly recommend them.
